Thaipusam is an annual Hindu festival, observed on the day of the full moon during the Tamil month of Thai. More than a million faithful, as well as tens of thousands of tourists, visit the Temple of Batu Caves located in Gombak, Selangor, right next to Kuala Lumpur.
